I had the most amazing experience with Kay on Saturday. She is so kind, gentle and an absolute perfectionist — you can tell she truly takes pride in her work. My results are natural, fresh and glowing. I even ran into a friend straight after who said I looked younger than the last time she saw me and asked for Kay’s details on the spot. Even her mum said I looked like I was in my 30s… I’m 55! I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

I’ve been to Medix a couple of times and have had both a chemical peel and plasma skin tag removal, and every visit has been an amazing, positive experience. Elly explains each step thoroughly and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She also takes the time to go over aftercare in detail and even messaged me afterward to check in. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and very relaxing. Such a fantastic first session filled with allot of helpful tips and information.

Lucy’s facial was amazing - it always is and I highly recommend her! My skin feels fresh and hydrated. My only issue was that today (Saturday) other staff kept opening the door to the treatment room and interrupted the lovely zen. It would be great if they could not come in to the room during a treatment, it really put me off.
