Deepika is so lovely and welcoming, she really makes you feel safe and confident. I'm quite scared of needles but she was very comforting and supportive. I honestly recommend her so much, she really knows what she's doing and gives out amazing advice if your unsure. I would go to her again and again.

Today I had a microneedling treatment with exosomes. Enrida Did the Treatment with care and attention always asking me if I could take the pain of the microneedling. She always carries a treatment with professionalism and ensures That the customer is comfortable. She will answer any Queries. I have been doing a few treatments with Enrida And It is so Relaxing to have treatments done in a very clean and comfortable place. I can’t wait to see my results and have a few more treatments done. Her practice deserves a five star. ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was an amazing experience. My facial was booked for Ladbroke Grove clinic. Shantelle the manager was absolutely amazing. She was very understanding and really easy to talk to as there was issue with my appointment. She handled it beautifully! I went to Wembley branch and Radhika did a fabulous job. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. I would highly recommend.

The owner was very helpful. However, the clinician who gave me my Vit D shot decided to put it into my BCG scar on my left arm. 3 days later the arm is still sore! The IV drip went well. Although again, the nurse added magnesium and calcium amongst the ingredients. I later found out that you shouldn't mix those particular two together as they become ineffective. The clinician may need more training.

I appreciate how attentive Ruta is to my needs and comfort throughout the process. If you're looking for someone who combines expertise with a personal touch, look no further than Ruta. I leave feeling satisfied and looking forward to my next appointment.

It was nice experience, have been coming for a year now. Last session was good but the technician didn't cover my tattoo and it spoiled my tattoo design with giving me burning sesation throughout the day.
