What a cool place, and the staff I had contact with were exceptional. When for the special sauna and a first up but now keep to trust them with trying some other of there other offerings.

I felt well looked after, facilities were spotless, and warm. I was comfortable and provided with a heat pack for my tummy if I needed it. So simple, and such a relief to my body. I felt amazing and lighter and no bloating. 2nd treatment was even easier than the 1st im looking forward to my 3rd treatment. I'm on a journey to a healthy gut and getting rid of all the old built up rubbish and replenishing my gut with goodness. Along side a balanced and healthy diet I'm looking and feeling great.

Everything was great! But would be perfect if there were more than 1 towel (1 for in between showers/in sauna and 1 for the very end of the session before dressing)

The actual sauna and cold bath were awesome. Would have been nice to have shower gel and shampoo available as everything was empty. And would have been nice to have a hot drink after to warm up. And some where to hang our jackets and a bag. There was only 1 chair to put our things on. I put my bag on the floor and it ended up very wet

Wow, I had a 1-hour massage followed by an infrared sauna and ice bath session, and it was such a great experience! Big shoutout to Steph for being so professional and attentive to my needs! The atmosphere was super relaxing, and the massage really helped with all the tension i had. The sauna felt perfect for detoxification and the ice bath was a refreshing finish that left me feeling energised. Overall, it was a fantastic way to recharge! Definitely a wellness experience worth recommending! 😍 I will be back WYLD New Market

This is session number 8 for me in three months and I can feel the difference from when I started doing the infrared sauna. Wyld is definitely not an intimidating place compared to other wellness clinics. Sophie assisted is and she’s definitely a star. I’m already planning on getting the weekly membership after my sessions finish.

Great and the clinician was excellent

A wonderful first time experience with the infrared sauna and ice bath.. the room is inviting and well set up. Managed three dips in the ice bath despite my normal aversion to cold water! Felt great afterwards, it definitely relaxed the muscles. Highly recommend.
