It was our first infrared sauna session ever! And really had a great experience, definitely felt lighter and stress free afterwards!! 🤗 The staffs are very accommodating and friendly as well! Would be back for sure 🥰

It was great, very nice friendly service, efficient, and clean. I just have one issue - the lack of heat in the sauna. Since it is on a pre-set program, I cannot make it any warmer and it barely makes me sweat. If the temperature could be at least 76-80 degrees Celsius upon starting the session, that would be much better. Thanks!

What a cool place, and the staff I had contact with were exceptional. When for the special sauna and a first up but now keep to trust them with trying some other of there other offerings.

Everything was great! But would be perfect if there were more than 1 towel (1 for in between showers/in sauna and 1 for the very end of the session before dressing)

Top traditional sauna could be warmer

Such a relaxing way to unwind with 30 mins Infra Red Sauna followed by 30 min back , neck and shoulders massage. Highly recommend looking forward to booking again soon.

Great experience!! Cryo chamber was interesting vs a cold plunge… infrared sauna after was different too! Neither were hard, but was a good session and felt great after! Go try it.

I have not tried the infrared sauna before and loved it. Felt so relaxing. The facilities are just lovely. I'll certainly be looking to go back again soon.
