I enjoyed my first infrared sauna @ Feelgood with a girlfriend today. We bluetoothed our own music and the 45 min session flew by. I feel so blissed out now. The facilities are fresh and fabulous. We had a spacious room and huge shower. Can't wait to go back next week for another session. I want to try a floatation tank next :-)

Incredible space! Every detail thought of; beautiful water jug/glassware, Aesop with Bembooka hand towels in the sauna - the staff were super friendly and helpful when I was asking what other machines did - recommend!

I have only been twice but Body WRL already feels like home. From the moment you walk if i'm till the moment you leave it is the most wonderful experience and you are definitely the most important person in the world , highly recommended and this will be added to my permanent rotation

I had a great time during my first infrared sauna experience! Facilities are super clean, and Peter was very friendly! I can't wait to come back. :)

I used the infrared sauna today and the experience was amazing. Easy online booking system. I was 15 minutes early and they started session. Felt great during and after. Toiletries were also provided. Soap, towels etc

We always walk out of feel good nation feeling so amazing. Facilities are state of the art and the owner Mike is a super lovely, knowledgeable and interesting guy…we love chatting to him about anything health related, he offers a great perspective on things! I usually have a combo of red light therapy, normatec boots and infrared sauna. I went for a session last night, my body was really achey from a half marathon a couple of days earlier and I feel so much better today :))))) My husband has cryotherapy and the oxygen chamber (can’t remember what it’s called). This place is a gem

This was my second visit to WRL but certainly not my last! My friend and I enjoyed the sauna and float tank and both felt incredible afterwards. Thankyou for such a lovely experience :)

It’s so beautiful here Started the morning with a sauna into the breathing meditation chair.. what an amazing way to start the day. Definitely recommend!!

I feel so refreshed after the infrared sauna. Such a nice place to go which is available within the suburbs. Very reasonably priced and I will be back. My first visit and it was a pleasure. Thank you to the kind staff.

Had such an amazing experience, friendly and professional staff. Experienced the float tank and Infa-red sauna. Highly recommended

Great place to go, super clean and relaxing. Staff were very helpful and explained everything very thoroughly. I booked a 1 hour floatation therapy session and Normatec boots, enjoyed them very much and will definitely be a returning customer. Keen to try the infrared sauna next. The Normatec boots made my legs feel brand new, must try if your work requires you to stand all day.

I always feel amazing after the infrared sauna. My body is totally relaxed and feels rejuvinated. Highly recommended.
