The ladies at embod are just the best! They definitely have the expertise and passion to make your experience the best. I love coming in for a full body lymphatic roll and LED rejuvenation. The space is also very luxe and clean.

I love embod. All the staff are such caring and supportive of whatever health journey you are on. I love how wellness focused the space is. My weeks aren’t the same with my 3 rolls a week, helps me maintain my long working days. Would recommend to embod and all the services (yes I’ve tried them all- because I’m obsessed) <3 keep up the good vibes x

Anna is fantastic! Explained everything clearly to me, didn’t rush me and made me feel very comfortable. I am feeling so much more energetic and good about myself after just my second session. The centre is clean and calming and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend this place for a new lease on life and the feeling of a lighter less bloated body.

I booked the new client package that included Cryotherapy, Lymphatic Compression, Colon Hydrotherapy and Infrared Sauna. The experience was amazing! Anna guided me kindly through all the treatments steep by step and made me feel calm and safe at every step. I would recommend Wellness @ Wilson to anyone who wants to look after their own body and be healthy.
