Initially I just wanted to try the infrared sauna as I heard it was really good for the body and skin. I've been battling with acne and eczema for a while now and I just noticed less inflammation in my skin and my eczema has been behaving since I have done the infrared sauna. I reckon it is indeed worth the try. I keep coming back for another session every 2 or 3 weeks and it feels good! Anna and the staffs havebeen really great and the facilities were nice and tidy.

Starting this health adventure has been cathartic. My sleep has improved, my bloating has decreased, my hunger has faded.... overall feeling of wellness. I will be continuing on from my fourth colonic into a full parasite cleanse. The plan is to manage weight and fatigue. Watch this space. My husband is doing this with me and we both are feeling new. Anna guided me kindly through all the treatments steep by step and made me feel calm and safe at every step.
