My first experience with body sculpting was great. The team were informative, friendly and made me feel at ease during the process. The complimentary water and hair masks provided before going in the sauna were a nice little touch to and made the experience feel like a real treat. I was surprised how relaxed I felt when I left and will definitely visit again.

I added on the infra-red bed to my sculpting session today and it has cleared up my head cold within a 20 minute session 🤯 Stuffy nose is cleared and no more body aches! Amazing!

Absolutely love “The Gym” all the girls are so lovely and caring. They genuinely care about the experience you have during treatments and they make you feel so comfortable. I am doing fat cavitation treatments I am on my second one and loving the results so far I couldn’t recommend this place more I would give 10 stars if I could ❤️❤️

Sessions at The Gym are always so lovely with the best staff around. I had tummy sculpting and did the infra-red bed, and a week out my waistline is 4cm down! Absolutely incredible results from one session

The staff are not only great at what they do but also fantastic conversationalists, making every session enjoyable. The facilities are top-notch, with everything I need to sculpt my arms effectively. And let's not forget the sauna - it's the perfect way to unwind and leaves me feeling energised every time. Highly recommend!
