I absolutely love charmaine, everytime we visit Breathe she greets us with the biggest smile and best attitude! Love the infrared saunas, the room is big and the lighting is dim and you feel really Zen being in there. Fast forward to cryo, brightly lit and freeeeeezing! Will definitely shock the Zen out of you! Also, love the sodii hydration drink they provide. All round 10 out 10 experience everytime. Thank you

I enjoyed the sauna just not as relaxing as I was hoping due to being able to hear a conversation between two guys. I was told not to turn the tv up load out of respect for the person in the float tank, so respectfully I didn’t turn it on. Just unfortunate the same respect wasn’t given to myself whilst trying the infrared sauna for the first time. Next time I’ll bring my ear buds to block out noise.

Beautiful facilities, so relaxing. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into setting up the sauna rooms, everything has been thought of. Staff are so friendly and helpful.

Wow My first time at Breathe WRL and definitely will not be the last. My thanks to Chloe ( Breathe Staff Member ) for showing me through the salon with what is on offer. Very detailed and informative and so professional. My treatment was a 1 hour infrared sauna which was wonderful but also what was offered after being body wash shampoo conditioner deodorant towels and robes all in the comfort of your own private booth . It’s these ‘little’ things which makes your visit that much more special. So impressed with the salon . Thanks again for a great experience Kind Regards Doug

Very clean and organised . The assistant was very informative and helpful answering any questions I had about the treatments I was interested in. Will definitely be a regular feel great after my infrared sauna and compression boots.

First time attending and experiencing WRL protocol.- red light therapy, sauna, compression boots and float tank. Loved them all, especially the float tank, most freeing feeling! Highly recommend
