I enjoyed my first infrared sauna @ Feelgood with a girlfriend today. We bluetoothed our own music and the 45 min session flew by. I feel so blissed out now. The facilities are fresh and fabulous. We had a spacious room and huge shower. Can't wait to go back next week for another session. I want to try a floatation tank next :-)

I really needed a quick remedial massage. I had sore hips and glutes and a massive knot on one of my shoulders. I wish there was an options for a 45min remedial massage! Thank you to Victoria, the masseuse.

Great place to get HBOT services, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to improve their wellness. This place is equipped with top notch sauna, HBOT, and a red light bed.

A great place to re-centre. Whilst I usually use the infra red sauna, I'm going back to try the oxygen chamber as I've heard amazing things!

I had originally planned to have a CO2 laser treatment, but after just three visits, my skin has improved so much that I no longer need it. love this place, easy to access and great sauna

I have been a member of C3 Drummoyne since the beginning, It’s a great spot for both working out and recovery. The gym has everything you need, and the vibe is fun and welcoming! The sauna is perfect for relaxing after a tough session. The ice bath is a game-changer for recovery; it really helps with muscle soreness. The staff are next level knowledgeable, super friendly and always willing to help. If you’re looking for a solid place to train and recover, I definitely recommend checking it out! Tara :)
