Amazing, the staff were friendly and super informative. I got the cheap Tuesday recovery for $50 which included 30 minutes of Normatec compression, 30 minutes of infrared sauna and 30 minutes in the cold and hot plunge pools. I feel rejuvenated. I will book again

This was the best treatment I have ever had, my massage was so relaxing and my skin feels so hydrated and soft. I had the honey coconut and yoghurt massage. The staff was welcoming and made me feel so comfortable they were beautiful, kind and polite. I will definitely be back and recommend them to everyone. So happy I chose them. Thankyou

Amazing! The compression was absolutely fantastic and I would stay all day if I could. The Sauna was restorative and the contrast pools worked so well once getting over the mental block! Loved it so much

Always a great experience at TLC. My favourite way of zoning out in the infra red sauna & following it with the plunge pools. Has been my saviour for de-stressing & helping muscle recovery to help me with mountain bike riding. Strongly recommend

I love all the options after coming for four months I bought a yearly pass today I tried the recovery boots Love the infra sauna Always clean and organised the Team is great so helpful and knowledgeable Sim and Sam really looked after me today and explained how the boots work

Fantastic place for wellness, staff are amazing! I usually do a sauna, recovery magnesium pools and spa. Tried the boots this time they were fantastic on my legs after a hard game of pickleball. Well done great place
