Amazing, the staff were friendly and super informative. I got the cheap Tuesday recovery for $50 which included 30 minutes of Normatec compression, 30 minutes of infrared sauna and 30 minutes in the cold and hot plunge pools. I feel rejuvenated. I will book again

Friendly staff, brand new normatec, an amazing finnish sauna and plunge pools big enough to move around in. The attention to detail in the design of the space is evident, the lighting is relaxing and beautiful, and the areas feel both private and friendly.

A friendly service oriented team who are always around to help out when needed and share educational information about the facilities as required. In regards to the wet area services, the minerals in the pools add an extra component to other contrast pools around the Sunshine Coast. I’ve found that the mineral components boosts the beneficial aspects of contrast only sessions with added pain relief/relaxation. Thanks so much TLC ♥️

I just adore the ladies at naruby and the space that crystal has created. The atmosphere is beautiful and calming. They are so knowledgeable and respectful. Colonics have been life changing for me as I experience an autoimmune disease and endometriosis alongside gut health issues. Implementing Colonics into me health journey has helped with my inflammation, brain fog, bloating to only name a few. I've Also added in fat cav for lymphatic and water retention reduction which also assists with my endo. The combination of the two, recommended. Ohhhh... the sauna afterwards .. What a treat 🌻

Rebecca in my opinion is the best beauty therapist on the Sunshine Coast . All her treatments are undertaken with care and attention to detail. The products Bec uses are natural and ethical , no nasty chemicals in this salon.Dr Hauschka, Advanced Naturals ,Wendy Christina and the multi award winning Sunshine Coast company Founders Formula not to forget about Jane Iredale makeup. Another beautiful and healing experience at NaRUBY. The lymphatic massage with Amy was so relaxing and complimented my colonic with Crystal perfectly. These treatments were amazing to cleanse and reset my system after being ill. The sauna add on was such a treat and so ideal to help continue the detox process. Feeling so much better! Thank you!

I have been going to Carla since she opened beauty in a box here on the Sunshine Coast a year ago. I have had waxing, skin needling, facials, spray tans and lash lifts. Every treatment has been amazing. I look forward to each visit. Carla is such a beautiful person and therapist with a gorgeous salon to match
