Been a couple of times now to the infrared sauna as well as hot/cold therapy and it’s been great! Staff are excellent, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Today I enjoyed a 90 minute Infrared Sauna and Hawaiian lomi treatment with Natalia. It was a sublime experience in a private and relaxed setting. I have never tried any of the therapies in the discovery pack before except for a sauna. It was such a fun experience, trying them all and the people at Super Young were so friendly and helpful. Great experience

The most wonderful infrared experience. Really felt a difference after the sauna. The lymphatic massage was fantastic. Great combination of targeting tight areas and relaxing.

This was my first floatation therapy experience and really enjoyed it. The Orchard is beautiful with lots of wellness facilities and the room with the tank was modern, clean and private. It took some time getting used to the feeling of floating, the darkness and quiet, but it was super relaxing once I’d settled in. My skin feels great now too! Looking forward to returning for the infrared sauna and ice bath :)

Upon recovery from spinal surgery I have seen many practitioners for treatment but no-one has been as knowledgeable… dedicated and healing as Natalia! Combining infrared sauna and deep tissue massage I have gained the most mobility in a short few months because she understands and is connected to our bodies needs! Natalia’s hands are a gift from God!

First time lymphatic massage and it didn’t disappoint. Combined it with dry body brushing and infrared sauna for maximum benefits. Natalia was fantastic and really knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the treatment in detail with at home tips too.
