I recently visited Kalm Springs Brighton and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my entire visit. I had the LED face treatment and an Infrared Sauna. The facilities were top-notch, with high end treatment rooms and all the amenities I could ask for. I highly recommend KSB to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat or holistic wellness services. I’ll definitely be returning for another session soon!

I have never tried any of the therapies in the discovery pack before except for a sauna. It was such a fun experience, trying them all and the people at Super Young were so friendly and helpful. Great experience

Kalm Springs is a fantastic wellness spot in Brighton. The space is clean, modern, and calming from the moment you walk in. I tried the ice bath and infrared sauna — both were excellent. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and proud of their offering - they made the whole experience easy. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reset.

First time at Kalm Springs and I will be returning! Gorgeous atmosphere, lovely staff and the variety of treatments is ideal. Today I had the LED face 20 min followed by the Infrared sauna 45min package. Felt so good afterwards!! Loved the shower facilities to end it all off. I will be telling my friends all about this little oasis in Martin Street. Thank you!

My experience at The Orchard is always such a joy. The treatments themselves are incredibly beneficial, and Liz and Sym make the whole experience even more delightful. I’ve visited on and off for years, but now I find myself making it a weekly ritual. The space is beautifully cared for—friendly, quiet, and warmly inviting. I’m especially fond of the red light and infrared saunas, though I like to mix things up and try everything from time to time—all of which are wonderful. Thank you, Liz and Sym—you truly are magic. We had three people in our group and we were looked after by Liz for the afternoon, she is so friendly and accommodating - we all had a great time! Everything was new to us - we did the floatation therapy pods, infrared sauna/ice bath and the oxygen chamber. We even got some awesome dinner recommendations nearby from Liz which were super helpful and also ended up being delicious!
