I recently tried pressotherapy there, and it was extremely calming and left me feeling refreshed. The staff are kind and professional, ensuring a comfortable experience. I went with my friend and we had a lush time!! We enjoyed the infrared sauna, the red light therapy and the pressotherapy! Was so relaxing! Will definitely go back!

There are no words that can express the expertise, friendliness and professionalism that are experienced on every visit, some visits are sport related needs and some are just for shear pampering and me time needs, there is a massage/therapy for every need. Thank you Paul, my sports massage was much needed yesterday and I came out 100% better than when I came in 🙏🏼

Mum and I had a Recovery Lounge session on Sunday afternoon and what a fabulously invigorating experience it was. Firstly, it was easy to book online and plenty of free parking on arrival. Secondly, we had a warm welcome and brilliant guidance throughout that added to the fun we had. It included full spectrum sauna, cold plunge pool, red light therapy and pressotherapy. We were even given a rehydration drink. To cap it off we completed the Flame&Chill challenge with our full immersion in the 8 degree cold tub and got our photo on the wall of fame!! We highly recommend the wellness lounge.

Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I booked a deep tissue massage after suffering with agonising back pain for a few days. The massage has helped a lot to alleviate the pain and identify the root causes. Definitely recommend and will certainly visit again!

The newxlounge is taking shape. Even whilst there's lots to still do it didn't feel like it once you were in the lounge. I really feel the pressotherapy is helping with my lyphatic drainage, following my surgery. The owner is very welcoming and always greets you at the door with a smile. Great experience - Julie J

Waiyee was fantastic - very knowledgeable and technically excellent - she identified sports and other injuries, knots, aches and pains and not only manipulated them to a much more comfortable condition, but gave excellent advice on how to prevent some issues and how to stretch and treat repeating problems. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone who wants a solid sports massage and therapy session to help recovery.

The best team and best contrast therapy going around, if you actually want the real experience with knowledge and equipment, this is where you come!

My first experience receiving a massage from the lovely Paul! Honestly wow🤩the massage was a perfect blend of relaxation and therapy! I had sport massage with ice bath therapy and sauna and wow is all I can usually got plenty to say but that word sums it up in one! From the start every pain stuff muscle was tended too then on to the cold water therapy and coached by wai who clearly new what she was doing calmed my nerves and talked me through the hole process and that was an amazing experience I highly recommend and will be returning as a member thank you!

I had my first experience in the recovery lounge today and it was a great one that’s for sure! I want to thank Filip for giving me thorough information on the treatments and supporting me during my cold plunge. He was at my assistance whenever I needed him but also gave me privacy to relax and enjoy the treatments such as the sauna, red light therapy and the pressotherapy. I look forward to coming back again next week!

Waiyee gave an incredible hot stones massage, with some sports massage therapy for issues that she picked up. Very enjoyable and informative. Highly recommend
