OMG love love love !!! This place is the place to be on a cold day in manly or any day really. And apparently the infrared saunas are good for you which makes it the perfect guilt-free way to slip into escapism and imagine yourself away in a beach club somewhere warm listening to your own playlist through their Bluetooth. Highly recommend but let’s keep it a local secret.

I woke up this morning with a splitting headache and first signs of flu. I wasn’t able to go to work feeling very lethargic. During my oxygen treatment I rested for the hour and came out feeling brand new. I honestly can’t believe the left in my energy through to sparkly eyes. I could really tell the difference in quality of pressure in this machine versus other chambers I have tried in the past.

I have been doing regular hyperbaric treatments for the last few months. The staff are always friendly and attentive making sure I am comfortable. Truth has bee particularly helpful with his insights on the benefits of oxygen therapy.

Great 1st experience with Hyperbaric Oxygen chamber!! Owner took time to explain to me everything I needed to know, very reinsuring, and also took extra care by checking a few times during the session, which he kindly extended for greater benefit to me! Overall, super happy - Highly recommended, and I WILL be back soon for the sauna + ice bath this time 😀
