Super Young has state of the art technology and facilities. Derek, Demelza and the team are knowledgeable, professional and answered my (many!) questions. I tried the red light therapy and oxygen therapy and I will continue doing these weekly. The space is pristine, inviting and the tea/hydrogenated water is a lovely touch. Thank you Super Young!

All new to this type of treatment. The hyperbaric oxygen chamber is very comfortable and relaxing, could read a book in there when you do 90 minutes, then I had red light therapy which was 15 min, felt like 5, fell asleep. Hope to setup a regular treatment ongoing to see benefits.

Absolutely incredible experience today at The Orchard Richmond. We did everything including oxygen, red light, compression boots, sauna, cold plunge and float. Everything was fabulous. While we’ve done it before never at Richmond and it was fabulous. The cold plunge and sauna was a highlight. Symee and Liz are beautiful people and make the experience perfect. Really recommend you give it a try. We felt fabulous walking out.

Compression Boots … Really I thought these be only for Footy Players. Tho can’t get me enough now of these Compression Boots. Always suffered with foot pain, wearing expensive orthotics … seeing Podiatrists and all to no benefit. Gosh, after but one session, I feel a world of relief. No nighttime pains or expensive creams. Compression Boots are a true Godsend. I am committed now to my own health journey, pain and drug free. And I thank you Symee for your authentic care at The Orchard, Richmond.

The best place in Melbourne to recharge. Highly recommend the HBOT paired with Red Light Therapy if you want to feel a million dollars.

The oxygen pod was really calming. Highly recommend after a stressful week.

This was my first floatation therapy experience and really enjoyed it. The Orchard is beautiful with lots of wellness facilities and the room with the tank was modern, clean and private. It took some time getting used to the feeling of floating, the darkness and quiet, but it was super relaxing once I’d settled in. My skin feels great now too! Looking forward to returning for the infrared sauna and ice bath :)

Unbelievable! I’ve been going to Orchard Prahan since before covid shenanigans… you will never find a friendlier, more customer focussed healthy business EVER! Liz and Syme treat you like family and are incredibly generous with everyone and everything. Try everything they have and then find your routine and buy a membership (so much cheaper than one off sessions) Location fantastic. Carpark right next to Prahan markets and a 11 minute walk. Check out their Richmond location too.
