Amazing staff, clean facilities. You’ll get addicted to cryotherapy and feel refreshed and energetic after it each time. Very easy access and free parking available. You literally park your car and within 1 minute, you are inside. They make appointments so organized, you don’t wait any minute. The staff is very friendly and they do everything to make you feel comfortable. Red light therapy is also very calming. You feel like you’re having a sunbath at the beach. Overall amazing experience, totally recommend it.

If you’ve been running on empty, overwhelmed, or just in need of a moment to reconnect with yourself, do not underestimate the power of an aromatherapy massage. It was brilliant. I actually chose lymphatic massage but they explained the pressure and how it would go so changed my mind and I’m glad I did. It was relaxing and I wanted to sleep right after

I tried the oxygen therapy together with a compression massage at °CRYO and the experience was absolutely amazing! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly attentive and very detail-oriented, making sure everything was perfect throughout my session.
