Great customer service. Dr Naren is excellent. He spends plenty of time discussing the client's hopes and expectations and executes his work in an efficient and professional manner. You can really relax during the procedure with the knowledge you're in good hands. Would definitely rocommend Skin Firm.

Extremely please with the consultation - extremely friendly and professional - would recommend.

Swathi was very welcoming, professional and informative. It was my first time having Botox and she explained everything really clearly, discussed my current skincare routine and suggested some changes I could make to improve my skin and address the concerns I'd raised. Would happily recommend to others! Very clean environment too.

Lucy is great. I am a nail biter of many many years and after two visits my nails are already improving. Lucy has given great advice -for example keeping the colour neutral and looking after the skin around my nails. She's shown really good understanding of the niggles of a nail biter. I would highly recommend. The other staff are lovely ..it's a nice relaxed atmosphere too.

From the first time I met Lucy she made me feel so welcome, was so considerate and gentle on my super dry hands. Not only is it such a enjoyable experience to visit her, she has an amazing vegan range of products from nail colours to skin care, and she is bloody talented! Her creations are sublime, and her experience in the industry really shows, her work is perfection. Not only that, it lasts! I can’t say enough good things about her and her work. 100 stars!

Lucy is super skilled and her work is meticulous. I have had years of biting my nails and picking the skin but regular visits have given me beautiful nails to be proud of. The salon is so so clean and a lovely environment. I count my visits as an affordable luxury and look forward to them so much
