I’ve had a few piercings done at Caerphilly branch and they have always been welcoming, helpful and easy to talk to. Today I Popped into the branch to have a jewellery change, they were so helpful with this. I have been recovering from an operation I had 8 weeks ago and Emily was so welcoming to see me and as always was asking how I was doing with my recovery, this meant a lot as the girls here at empress always take the time to get to know you and ask you how you are doing. Emily especially always goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had a lovely, relaxing, Radio Frequency Treatment with Gemma today. Since starting my skin journey with Gemma my skin is looking healthier, softer and a lot more youthful. These treatments are fabulous and very advanced. They treat the skin deep within, no just the top layer. I've learnt that when you take care of your skin it really does show.

I can't recommend Danielle enough! Her facials are the best! She takes the time to understand my skin and always explains what she is doing , each treatment is personalized to my skin. The whole experience is so relaxing from start to finish 💆 Danielle is so lovely and makes you feel comfortable.. As always Gemma was very knowledgeable about the treatment she gave me. We discussed the best options in terms of my age and skin's needs and the treatment was carried out with great skill and care. As a result I was very pleased with the results produced.

I had a facial from Jess which was amazing and so relaxing my skin feels amazing! And also my first time getting anti wrinkle with Gemma, was a bit nervous but she was fab. 5 star service as always from both Gemma and Jess. Where do I begin. I have been a regular customer of the salon angels for a few years now and Gemma and Jess are always so professional and helpful they both go above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable. (Wheelchair user, so sometimes need their help) nothing is too much trouble for them and I always leave feeling happy and relaxed. Gemma’s skin care knowledge is second to none. It is about time Caerphilly had such a great salon/spa like experience . I have received so many compliments after having my facials .

Took my daughter to have her belly button pierced unfortunately she couldn’t have it done although she was old enough with parental consent she still has some growing to do before it will sit tidy. Empress could have just took my money for something that I was told wouldnt heal but they didn’t they advised to come back within the year to see if it was suitable. Due to this amazing consultation I will be recommending them to everyone it’s nice to have a business that’s all about customer satisfaction and not just in it for the money
