Found the most amazing aesthetician. And local. The best part is the thorough consultation Bobbie gives, which helps her understand the best products to use. Therefore each service she provides is tailored to my specific need. I booked during one of the Black Friday deals which was a great saving. Will be back for more treatments very soon. 🤗

Did my first session of microdermabrasion, which i got instant results to lighten up my hyperpigmentation. Being a woman of colour I really wanted someone who understands my skin, texture and Natasha did just that. From the get go customer service is delivered. They offered me and my mother chilled water after all it is summer. Making sure we’re relaxed and pre-prep before we entered our session. Thank you for hospitality and guidance of aftercare. I will surely recommend your services.

I was recommended to Suz and I can honestly say I absolutely loved my facial. My skin felt so much better after. It had a lovely glow. I’m definitely booking another. OMG! Dem you exceeded all my expectations! ❤️ She shared and saw my vision after our consultation, then brought it to life - beautifully! I choose plumped by Dem from seeing her pictures; I mean it took me a while to take the leap but she was worth it. Her pictures were different from other aestheticians on social media, a variety of clients. I noticed she didn’t change their appearance but enhanced their features which had a natural effect while remaining subtle yet effective and stunning! Customer service was wow 🤩 thank you Dem and I will definitely see you soon xx

I used to see Bobbie on a regular occurrence for facials and other treatments and haven't done in nearly two years, but I had a treatment last night and my skin feels absolutely amazing. I had a great experience so far at Laserlite Clinic in Croydon. What was meant to be a consultation, has turned into a full blown treatment session. 😅😅 I went for the cold laser as having some stubborn milia on my face and so far so good. A numbing cream was applied beforehand, but it was still painful on occasion. Franca was just lovely and made sure I was ok before moving on to the next one. I would definitely recommend this clinic. Thank you

I couldn't recommend Bobbie enough. Since starting my Skin Reset journey, my skin has never felt or looked better. Bobbie thoroughly looks at my skin and gives it the tailored treatment it needs and regularly checks up on how my skin is doing. I had an irritated rash around my eyes for months before seeing Bobbie and tried various creams to sooth it with nothing working - after my first session, the rash has completely gone. I'm now 5 weeks post my first facial and the rash hasn't reappeared. Bobbie is a miracle worker :-)

Fran and her staff are very professional and knowledgeable about skincare, products etc. The warm, clean and peaceful environment you enjoy whilst having your treatments.
