Alaine was incredible, the space was incredible and I’m pretty sure I fell asleep briefly during my facial, as I was soooo relaxed. I had the Gua Sha facial and it was magical. My skin is chuffed. So am I! Lovely touches with the pot of tea post-treatment and also being supported to stay lying down and resting for a while, not feeling like I had to rush off! Will definitely be back. Another great experience. After first few days I could see the results, further 2 weeks went by and the results were even better. I’m so happy I found Lauren! Originally booked for wedding makeup and hair (which is STUNNING), but found so much more than that. Lauren took the time to consult on my skin and offer treatments that are hyper personalised to me to help me feel my best for my wedding (and beyond!). The studio space is cosy and warm and clean and Instagram-worthy it’s so beautiful, and always has the best music. The products are luxurious and completely tailored to you. And lastly Lauren is a true ray of sunshine - so knowledgable and friendly and I fully trust her with my very sensitive skin.

Had a lymphatic drainage massage with added wood therapy at Bonitaz Serenity Spa and I will definitely be back. Paula was very attentive and informative and made sure that I was comfortable throughout. I definitely saw a noticeable improvement in the tightness of the skin on my stomach after just one session so would definitely recommend :)

Had the deluxe microdermabrasion facial by Kim and it was amazing. Really relaxing and my skin is glowing. Kim has been lovely from when I had my first consultation right through to aftercare.
