Olivia is so welcoming and very knowledgeable, she talked me through the treatment prior and during which was really reassuring - it was my first time having Polynucleotides. I also had a skin consultation a month ago and I’m loving the results of Olivia’s recommendations ☺️

Today was my first time visiting Dr Olivia and my first time having injectables. I was apprehensive about the needles but I needn’t have been. Had my first visit with Ryan as he was highly recommended for his expert skills and knowledge in Aesthetics. I had 3 areas of anti wrinkle (Botox) he explained in depth the muscles and how they work. Ryan took the time to do a thorough consultation prior to treatment. Very professional and attentive. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return for more aesthetic treatments.

I really enjoyed my treatment, it was a lovely combination of a facial and massage that targeted problem areas. I felt extremely relaxed afterwards and had glowing skin 😊 The treatment room is also a very tranquil space. Highly recommend!

Kiran is the best eyelash technician I have met across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. She always makes an effort to accommodate availability and the lashes are absolutely beautiful. Also her set up is relaxing and gives very soft energy - you leave feeling great.
