Fabulous !! Put me totally at ease and the treatments I had were relaxing and performed to a very high standard. Don't let this gem of a business nestled in leafy Welwyn hide from you. I urge you to actively seek out a highly professional duo in Jo and Nicole. Very informed and the hygiene was at the highest level. Very reasonably priced. 9 until 9 7 days a week. Highly recommend and am looking forward to my next visit very soon.

I honestly can’t speak highly enough of Natasha. I have been visiting her for around a year now to work on my (non existent) brows, and she’s the only brow tech to ever make any pigment stick in my very oily skin! I now actually have eyebrows which has made my life so much easier as I don’t have to draw them on every day. She’s also super friendly and it feels like having a chat with a friend when I visit - If you’re considering booking in with her I highly recommend you do - you won’t regret it!

Natasha really took the time to make sure my eyebrows were perfect! I have alopecia so I practically have no eyebrows at all, which obviously made it quite a bit harder for her. I was quite nervous because of having a couple of bad experiences with other people previously. But Natasha listened to what I wanted and made them look so real and natural. I would definitely recommend Natasha and will be going back next year for my top up!

From my consultation to my appointment was a real pleasure. Natasha was so warm and friendly and put me at ease straight away. Natasha explained everything, from the treatment to the aftercare and was happy to answer any questions I had. The treatment room was very comfortable with a lovely relaxing atmosphere, with soothing music playing.. Everything was spotlessly clean and Natasha used full safety equipment before starting my brows. I had brushstroke mircroblade brows and all I can say is WOW! I am thrilled. They look so natural. Natasha has worked magic on my eyebrows! They have never looked this good - not even close. I recommend her without reservation.
