Ella is such a perfectionist in what she does. I was really nervous about having my brows microbladed she put me at ease and talked me through the process and involved me with every step of the way. Angie from the consultation appointment to fitting my extensions has been an absolute diamond 💎 My old extensions were removed pain free…usually I’m in tears with the pain but Angie & Ells whizzed through them and not in the slightest heavy handed. The end result is absolutely amazing ~ colour is beautiful and they feel secure and tbh I can’t stop looking at them! Thank you Angie & Ells for a wonderful experience ~ highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great Ella made me feel comfortable and relaxed, she explained the whole procedure of the microbalding of each stage she was doing next continuously asking and making sure I was happy with how the brows look, given care package to leave with, will be recommending her to others.

Amazing lash lift - have over the years been to 5 different salons in Harborne areas for lash lift treatments and they have been rubbish or just okay - Donna however did an incredible job - professional from start to finish and my lashes look fab plus for the first time ever having my lashes done didn’t sting because she took time to make sure each stage of the process was done correctly. She also gave me a choice of doll like dramatic look or softer lift curl - again never been offered this choice or had the difference explained to me - cannot recommend this lovely lady highly enough!
