I had a wonderful experience at Zaira Rose with the Classic Facial Treatment. The place is beautifully decorated, warm, and welcoming... you instantly feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. The staff were very friendly and created such a calming atmosphere. The treatment itself left my skin glowing, soft, and refreshed... I walked out feeling lighter and brighter. There are also plenty of drink and food options available, which makes the visit feel even more thoughtful and complete.Overall, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable time, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Marina cut my hair beautifully, I enjoyed a tasteful complimentary latte and had an eyelash tint for the first time. Will definitely be returning for other treatments and to have my hair trimmed when required

The Big House is Best Place in London! I had an incredible experience from start to finish—and even left with glowing skin! The service is absolutely top-notch. It was an amazing experience. My facial was booked for Ladbroke Grove clinic. Shantelle the manager was absolutely amazing. She was very understanding and really easy to talk to as there was issue with my appointment. She handled it beautifully! I went to Wembley branch and Radhika did a fabulous job. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. I would highly recommend.
