The service and treatments at love u never disappoint! I appreciate the lovely birthday gesture but was disappointed to be told that it could not be applied to this appointment blaming the system and that I should book online. Despite me informing that it states that it has been already used - I had to change my previous appointment unavoidable due to an emergency.

Had the LoveU Luxury Facial with Charlotte today and would highly recommend! Charlotte was lovely and welcoming. The treatment room and atmosphere was calm and relaxing. As a therapist myself I can say this was amazing and so relaxing. Will definitely be back!

Just the best! Poor Charlotte had quite a job on her hands after four months in lockdown, but the pain was minimal and she was lovely and friendly. Fantastic wax, I won't go anywhere else and I'll be going back for other treatments 😊
