Shelley was very welcoming and walked me through my treatments, listened to my concerns (as I was dyeing my brows for the first time!) and reassured me and made sure I was comfortable before going ahead. One of the best experiences I had. I went in wanting skin needling and possibly laser, as suggest by another salon. Here I was told that treatment was only going to make my situation worse and an alternative was suggested. Not only did it save me making my situation worse but literally a few thousand dollars. I was given a few different in salon and at home treatments options.. I opted for at home treatment. There was no upselling anything. I'll be definitely going back for follow ups.
