I had an amazing Jan Marini facial with Rachel! She was warm, knowledgeable, and completely personalised the treatment to my skin. The products felt incredible, and my skin was instantly smoother, brighter, and more hydrated. Rachel explained each step and made the whole experience relaxing and results-driven. Helen delivered a beautiful and totally relaxing experience. The head, face, shoulder and arm massage was lovely and the products she used smelled and felt fabulous. Helen let me choose which aroma I preferred and explained what the different oils can help with. Her treatment room is warm , tastefully designed and welcoming. What a lovely experience at Aughton head spa . Helen was professional yet approachable. I had a signature facial and head massage which were both amazing. Quality products were used throughout and the added touch of herbal tea made it feel like I was in a top end spa. I will definitely be returning !!

Her energy and kindness put me completely at ease from the start, her care and attention was genuine and her technique was amazing — all the stress and tension just melted away. The most gorgeous, unforgettable experience from start to finish. Helen was just lovely, very welcoming, professional and nothing was too much trouble. My friend & I both had The Signature and wow, it didn’t disappoint. I have never felt so relaxed after a treatment then followed by Japanese tea, nibbles and a lovely chat with Helen. I will definitely be back to try out some further treatments and will be highly recommending to everyone I know xxx

Rachel is fantastic, I have been to see her 3 times and have already noticed such a difference in my inflammation on my skin. Her recommendations have really helped and she has been so reassuring with working out a plan for my regime. The treatment itself is so soothing and relaxing and she talks you through every step which is so helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
