I can’t put into words how grateful I am to Sam. I have just had the most incredible hot stones massage! I can only describe it as otherworldly. I felt so relaxed that I reached a meditative state and I can honestly say I am healing from the inside out and the outside in. The coaching I have had from Sam over the last few months has helped my nervous system to come out of danger mode and I felt the difference throughout my massage today. I was able to be in the moment and completely let myself relax properly - for the first time in a very long time. 💚💚💚

Elena was absolutely amazing, it was my first time here. I have suffered pain to my shoulder blades, back and neck - came for the deep tissue massage and it was the best thing i’ve done! I can already feel a difference in my body. Give me some great advice also on ways to continue to ease it myself at home. Absolute perfection! I visited Naz Beauty for an eyebrow threading, tint, and the eye soother treatment, and I am blown away by the results.Naz is a true artist. She shaped my brows perfectly to fit my face, and the threading was incredibly precise and surprisingly painless. The tint color looks so natural and completely filled in my brows. To finish it all off, the eye soother treatment was pure heaven—so refreshing, cooling, and relaxing. I left looking awake and feeling completely pampered. I cannot recommend Naz Beauty enough!❤️❤️❤️

I’ve been seeing Nicola for 2 years, focusing on lower back issue, after only a few visits this was fully resolved & Nicola focused on neck, upper back & shoulders due to the tension held due to sitting all day. I used to suffer with migraines, taking time off work, I now have a weekly massage & I’ve not had 1 migraine since. Massage is vital to maintaining good health especially with having a job sitting all day. Nicola also provides advice to prevent future ailments and how to quickly target areas if niggles start. Used Fresha to find a massage as I was in town today and hadn’t had one for so long! Took a call from Ellie to warn me she was running slightly behind and to push the appointment back 15 mins, I really appreciated this. From the moment I arrived, Ellie explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable. The massage itself was the first deep tissue massage I’ve ever had and I left feeling like a new man! Imogen was lovely. I wanted a Bob haircut but Imogen advised against it due to how thin it was at the front - I really appreciated her honesty. Imogen gave me a nice trim and framed the front bits for me and shared some styling tips. Will definitely go back once my hair has grown out a bit.

Elena is a lovely person who offers the best and most professional service. I felt safe and relaxed throughout the session, we also had some fun and interesting conversations about tattoos and all sorts of things. The massage itself was of outstanding quality, really helping to break up tension and release the knots in my back for example. Perfect break from hard labour, this is exactly the kind of recovery I needed. Elena can adjust the strength and intensity of her therapy for you, tweaking it to suit your specific needs and health. I have recommended her to others and will return myself.
