My friend and I booked the Japanese head spa, and the experience was amazing. The customer experience was outstanding, both therapists were friendly and welcoming. The overall experience felt special and unique to us. I will definitely recommend getting a treatment at Called by Grace.

The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because the massage area is not quiet. You can hear the music from the front, chit chatter from the staff&other clients, the staff using the microwave or closing&opening the doors. I would suggest the massage area be sound proof inorder to ensure a better peaceful experience.

I had a wonderful experience getting a hair treatment yesterday. Koketso is lovely and made the whole experience enjoyable. She even surprised me with a free foot massage, which was such a thoughtful touch. Generally good...fingers and tips were a bit dry after leaving, could have done with some hand and nail cream to finish.

We had the 90 minute full body massage. Both our therapists (Gloria and Hilda) were absolutely phenomenal! I’ve been to the spa 6/7 times by now and I’ve had a fantastic massage every single time, no matter who the therapist was. Really know what they’re doing! Plus they have a R350 special on a Monday for a 60 minute full body, what a great deal!

I really enjoyed the Japanese head massage. It was so relaxing.
