We had a couples massage with Carole and her colleague. The treatment was so relaxing and one of the best massages I’ve had. The hot tub after was a lovely treat. It’s a secret garden in Hampton with a tranquil setting and we will definitely be back again for more relaxation! Thank you for fitting us in at such short notice.

I had the pleasure of receiving a back and head massage from Carmen, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. From the moment she started, it was clear that she has a deep understanding of how to relieve tension and promote relaxation. Her technique was both soothing and effective, applying the perfect amount of pressure to ease muscle tightness while ensuring a calming and rejuvenating experience. She was attentive to my needs, checking in to make sure I was comfortable throughout the session.

I had a head and face massage as part of a yoga and wellbeing retreat day. It was amazing- very relaxing and revitalising. Carole also introduced the group to face yoga which was extremely interesting and something I will be adding to my daily routine. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Touching Lives to anyone!

I had a very positive experience with Patrycja at Maallish. I arrived with significant pain, and after a sports massage and cupping treatment, I felt immediate relief and improvement. She showed excellent professionalism, strong technical skills, and great care throughout the session, making me feel comfortable and confident. The cupping therapy was especially effective in reducing muscle tension. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for high-quality sports therapy. I will definitely continue my treatment with her.

Wonderful experience at RLC as always! I love the fact the brow lamination treatment includes little moments of extra relaxation with a scalp massage. I honestly nearly drifted off to sleep I was so relaxed! Love it!

I returned to Maria for a follow up treatment for my ongoing sciatica. I honestly can’t express how amazing the experience was. She already knew my condition and treated me with such care and attention, working deeply on the affected areas while also giving me a full-body warm oil treatment that felt incredibly soothing. She followed the nerve pain and gently yet powerfully released deep knots throughout my entire body, and by end, I felt unbelievably light.
