My wife and I have been coming here now for a few years now and we have never had a bad experience, as Lisa always gives you good advice on looking after your skin etc. We've had all sorts of treatments done, opi ear candles, massages, and have always had the very best of care and professionalism.

Brilliant. Felt really relaxed after back massage & Indian head massage. You ought to have a bed in there for customers to sleep on after treatment!

Friendly and attentive. I have fibromyalgia, Lisa always makes sure how I am feeling and adjusts the way and pressure used when giving a massage. I feel I am in capable hands and enjoy the relaxing time when I am there.

I had the most relaxing experience at the Japanese Head Spa. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance and setting of the room immediately put me at ease — soft lighting, calming music, and the coziest duvet to lie under. The massage itself was absolutely amazing. I loved the way she worked on my scalp — it felt so soothing and therapeutic. I didn’t want it to end! Honestly one of the most comfortable and peaceful treatments I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone needing a proper reset! 💆‍♀️🧖‍♀️
