From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. It’s the ultimate relaxation, with a warm and welcoming environment. Slippers on arrival make you feel immediately at home, and then the full experience begins. Having never had a head spa before, Jade talked me through the steps and made me feel so comfortable. The scalp analysis was really interesting then the spa itself was blissful, laying under a warm duvet, having a full pamper and massage of your head and neck. Thorough washing of my hair felt amazing. I can’t recommend it enough, thank you so much to Jade, I’ll definitely be back.

Went for a Full Body Exfoliating treatment today, told the therapist I didn't want my actual torso done and asked if she could instead spend a little extra time doing my arms & legs, oh my goodness, Amy was an absolute delight and done exactly that plus gave my tired ol' legs the most amazing deep massage, trust me for someone "on the very heavy side" and ladened with varicose veins my legs definitely appreciated & benifited from it. Salon was spotlessly clean and super welcoming from the minute I stepped in. Thank you so much Amy, will be booking again next month for sure.

I come to Jenny for a full body massage every 6-8 weeks and she is just AMAZING. This time I added her new treatment which is the ASMR and it was magical. The way jenny does her treatments are out of this world. Not only does jenny do an amazing treatment but the whole atmosphere is like your floating on a cloud… I will definitely be amending all my future appointments to include the ASMR. Bonus points for Jenny being the most down to earth women too! 100/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve just come away from the Golden Aura Experience and feel like I’m floating on a cloud! It was 90 minutes of pure relaxation. The pressure was perfect, firm but not painful. The facial products all smelt beautiful, combined with a scalp massage. Highly recommended and will 100% be booking again. Thank you, Laura C

You must have a Japanese Head Spa at Chloe's. Emilia was warm and welcoming and this is more than just a massage, it's an experience from beginning to end. I was offered a selection of herbal or fruit teas, a choice of various essential oils and was made to feel very comfortable. The head spa is something else, I thoroughly enjoyed it. And my scalp was so much better afterwards. Would highly recommend and will be returning ASAP! (Chloe, you should be really proud of yourself, I hope you both enjoy Japan! Thank you Emilia, it truly was a wonderful experience, hopefully we meet again soon 🤍)

This was truely the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. Coming from someone who is an ex beauty Therapist and has had many. The treatment is so relaxing and professional you feel completely zen. The room itself is so cozy and the makes you feel so relaxed. Chloe is the nicest therapist ever and makes you feel so welcome. She talked me through everything, made me drinks and always checked I felt comfortable. The massage and headspa was like none other I was drifting off and really able to relax for them few hours. I genuinely cannot recommend enough the entire service felt so luxury.

Aw Chloe you’re such a beautiful person, I had the Osaka treatment and it was honestly the best head massage I’ve had in a long time. Her studio is stunning and felt so comfortable and safe. Wow, 3 hours after my treatment I’m still floating! Welcomed into my treatment by a friendly happy face, the bed was cosy and warm (electric blanket made me feel I was laying in a cuddle) I had messaged Jen asking for an hours back, neck and head massage and it was incredible. The variation of pressure - light and heavy - suited Excatly what I needed If you’re debating trying Jentle therapies, then just do it. You won’t regret it x

I had a full body massage today, and it was truly one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, and the treatment room was beautifully relaxing.
