I originally went in for a Japanese head spa but there was an issue with machine. I was offered a head massage and hair treatment instead. Gabriel was lovely and sweet and I was very relaxed through out my experience and my hair felt great after.I also wear the hijab and the staff where very accommodating with lowering the blinds ect... definitely will be back.

Sore but g8 ! No pain without gain . Tension in back .the body brush too was first time and left me feeling warm and ready for the massage . Ended with Michele putting warm towel behind my neck rolled up and glass water

Absolutely beautiful experience with a back, neck and shoulder massage along with a head and scalp massage. The room is so cosy, all round good vibes! Such a chilled, relaxing experience from the chat before to the massage itself. Can't wait to come back and try some more treatments! Highly recommended!

Shabana's massages are both relaxing and restorative - the ultimate in self care. I enjoyed my hot stone massage today and previously have loved the stress buster massage, which did exactly what it says on the tin. A lovely experience, and I'm already booked for my next massage here!

I’ve been going to see Tina for massages and facials for years, she has the most wonderful calm healing energy and holds such a lovely safe space for all of her clients. She makes all of her own holistic products and guides you through a full body relaxation before getting to work on all your aches and pains. She’s incredible at what she does and I’m so fortunate she’s based in Glasgow!

I cannot recommend Xen Therapy enough!! I struggle a lot with chronic pain and tightness so have been coming for monthly massages and each time feel like I’m floating on a cloud afterwards. Xen is extremely knowledgeable about the body so has easily been able to release the tension and soothe the muscle pain in my body.

Michelle is so attentive and warm. Being able to work every knot I had with a hot stone massage. Then followed by an amazing Indian head massage. I experienced Reiki for the first time which was a very powerful experience. With each part of the 2 hours I spent receiving these treatments, I felt cared for and looked after from Michelle. Would highly recommend.

I had the most wonderful pregnancy and head massage today and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived I felt so well looked after and genuinely cared for. She has such a calming, kind presence and you can truly feel how much she cares about what she does. It honestly felt like being looked after by an angel. Her soul is just amazing. I left feeling relaxed, supported and so grateful for the experience. I will absolutely be back again.

Tina is just so lovely and caring and always makes sure you are welcomed into her little space.. Feel very relaxed after a head massage or the ASMR massage would recommend going to see her for some TLC.

Hanna did a beautiful job with my hair. It was frizzy and not looking great before I went in, I had a half head of highlights done, she gave me great advice on my extensions and my own hair, and best of all she got my hair looking sleek and shiny and feeling great. I have been going to Salon @ No.1 for about a year now, I go every 8 weeks, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. All the staff are lovely, fantastic at their jobs, the salon is clean and comfortable and the prices are very reasonable.

I cannot praise nor thank Shabana enough for her extra special tlc today. What a kind and genuinely caring person - qualities so often lacking in humankind these days I sought her help by booking a head massage to help alleviate pain in my shoulders, neck and head. When I described my symptoms.to Shabana she suggested the hot stone and bamboo might be a better solution and she proceeded to give me a full hours treatment with the hot stones and bamboo. Had a great session with Xenia. Really holistic approach to the massage, talked through where I felt needed focus and took time to check in during the session. She worked out areas of tension I didn't even realise I had without needing any heavy handedness. She's really intuitive in her approach, so the massage is very tailored to your body's needs. Never been so relaxed and felt so peaceful whilst also getting the tension release of a deep tissue massage.

The therapist was very good explaining the process to.me, checking if I would be ok with brief meditation to begin and explaining the purpose of this. I thought the set up of the space to be exceptionally professional and the environment v much helped me to relax. I almost immediately felt relief from the head massage manipulation, clearing / draining my sinuses. I slept very deeply for 15 hr afterwards and I am conscious of my need to rest for the next few days. I will definitely book this again regularly
