Sue was amazing with the back/neck/shoulder massage. She was quite accommodating as it was a last minute booking. I would recommend her if anyone is interested in getting a massage. The pressure points and movement really worked for me.

Had problems parking and then getting into Skindeep due to roadworks and temporary traffic lights - clearly beyond anyone's control. Walked into an empty reception and called and waited for a good 5 minutes before going back outside and ringing the bell again. Once I was welcomed, the procedure was fully explained before treatment began. I had no previous experience of HIFU so was surprised somewhat by the sensation (sometimes unpleasant) around the jawbone. I had the most amazing Japanese head spa by the very lovely Merita. It was super relaxing and Merita worked her magic and gave me a lovely shoulder and neck massage too. Just what I needed.
