Lovely experience all round - calming surroundings, warm and friendly welcome from all staff, low stress and a wonderful shoulder / neck / head massage with Anita with mandarin oil. I enjoyed the music and loved the refurbished space. Anita is a great masseuse and worked on my muscle knots gradually and with respect, providing advice and encouragement for my self care routine. I will definitely be coming back and prioritising a regular massage here where the service is perfect!

Had my 1st 60 minute pregnancy massage today and I am so impressed! I was really looking forward to it and Mel truly delivered. She was so professional and lovely. A heated blanket, eye mask, spraying the room with the most gorgeous smell before and after my massage and lovely relaxing music helped me relax even more. Let alone the massage itself being amazing. I felt like I could fall asleep. Mel asked me how my pregnancy was going and also asked if there was anywhere in particular I was feeling tension and really paid attention to those areas during the massage. Thank you Mel! X

I had the Infinite Facial and it’s the best facial I have ever had. I’ve experienced many treatments over the years, but none compare to this. Hannah is incredibly professional and demonstrated a masterful range of techniques. It is clear how much thought and care she has put into product selection and the overall facial offering. Unlike most places, the treatment felt substantial and wasn't rushed at all, it was deeply relaxing. A highlight was the neck, shoulder, and scalp massage, which was absolutely divine! Hannah made me feel at ease throughout. I will definitely be booking in again soon

Been visiting Maria at WBMR since Apr 19 for a deep tissue massage & now i make it my monthly treat, to help with tension pain from my head to my lower back down to my hands. It makes a huge difference & i feel amazingly light & relaxed after. Maria is an excellent masseuse, she is able to pinpoint muscle i didnt even know were causing an issue, with just the right amount of pressure and movement and i feel the stress & pain melting away. For those 60 minutes, I genuinely forgot about any stress I had — it was pure bliss from start to finish. The massage was so incredibly relaxing and exactly what I needed. I just had 1 hour Lymphatic drainage massage, was absolutely relaxing and felt my stresses melt away as Mel continued with her wonderful massage technique.
