First time having my hair cut here and I loved the experience with Lucy! She made me feel very welcome and I’ve booked in 2 further appointments. A lovely creamed iced coffee was delivered with speed followed by a revitalising hair wash with scalp massage before a very thorough consultation. The results were stunning and perfect. Becky was amazing!! Fantastic service from Bliss Beauty. I was late for my appointment due to car issues and Becky was more than happy to accomodate even though it cut into my treatment time. Not to forget she even offered me her cold drink to take away my stress! Will be returning in due course!

Was booked in for lip filler my first time with lauren , she explained to me that i needed them disolved as my previous filler had emegratted out of my lips leaving lumps around them. She explained this to me clearly so i understood this would be the best outcome. I had them dissolved with no discomfort or pain,the salon was very realaxing. 2 weeks later i returned for lip filler. Again everything was stress free and i felt at ease. My lips look amazing now, im very happy with the results and would recommend lauren.

Lovely Polly has done an amazing french polish on my nails today, I am so pleased with them & the gorgeous smelling nail oil and hand massage. Lovely relaxing treatment room. Will have to have a pedicure & massage next visit!! Would highly recommend. Thank you Polly x

I came in with tightness from stress and too many late nights on the laptop – my head, eyes, neck and shoulders all felt heavy and restricted. After today’s massage, I feel so much looser and lighter, with pressure eased and movement returning. Yan really knows how to release tension in the right spots. Highly recommend if you need proper relief, not just relaxation! I will definitely book again.

What a pamper! Booked for a last minute blow dry with Amber. Always so relaxing with a gorgeous head massage. Amber is so attentive and did an amazing job! The salons new washing room is beautiful with a real spa feel 😍 and had a lovely festive spritz too.

I had three treatments with Polly this morning and really enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish. The booking process was simple and stress free and Polly made me feel completely at ease throughout. My manicure, pedicure and back massage were all fantastic. A great pregnancy massage. I've had a few pregnancy massages and compared to the deep tissue massages I had before pregnancy they didn't really hit the spot. However, this one did, a great combination of about 50% pressure points and 50% massage made a massive difference and released a lot of tension almost immediately that I was struggling to shift. Lots of care taken to make sure I was comfortable with the pregnancy cushion provided (29 weeks) and if there was any part I didn't want massaging/any position I wasn't comfortable in.
