I had a very relaxing morning with Dee when I visited her for The Ultimate Relaxation Ritual 90 Mins of Pure Bliss for the Body and Mind massage! It was incredible. From the very start, I felt really welcome and Dee went through each stage of the massage in detail. The whole process was really relaxing and I came away feeling super calm, relaxed and happy! Just what I needed after a long week with a teething 8 month old. I also really wanted to have a scalp massage which Dee kindly included for me! Thank you again! :) x

An outstanding massage therapist who truly listens to client needs. Sarah adapts each session to what will benefit the most, I always leave feeling fully refreshed and revitalised. I have some on-going issues that Sarah always works with, and around, to help me feel my best at the end of every session. Highly recommended both for specific, targeted soft tissue therapy and a deeply relaxing massage.

Susan was fabulous as usual! I had a Hollywood wax and it really was so much less painful than I’d built it up to be in my head, I’ve recently stopped laser hair removal due to the pain and waxing is definitely the way to go! Thanks Susan and what a beautiful little business Eloquin is!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with my soft tissue massage. From start to finish, Sarah was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my specific needs. She took the time to understand the areas of tension I was dealing with and applied just the right amount of pressure throughout. The massage itself was incredibly effective. I had a wonderful first time experience at Novaluca Therapies. Dee was very friendly and she made me feel very welcomed and comfortable in her setting. I received an amazing 90 min Hot Stone Full Body Massage with a Cold Stone Facial, which really made a difference to the back aches I was experiencing previously, and helped me relax and de-stress. I have recently moved to Basingstoke. I was looking for a beauty salon close by. Dee is both personable and professional. I had full legs waxed. It went so quickly and was done with great care. Excellent service , a lovely lady I highly recommend.

This was my first time having Buccal Facial with Dee. And it was amazing! My skin feels bright and refreshed, and I am so relaxed, I never knew we carry this much tension on our face. Dee is brilliant, and I’ve been seeing her for years. I can honestly say this was the best facial I’ve had so far.

Lily was amazing! This was my first ever lash lift and she has done such a beautiful job, my lashes look stunning! Lily herself was just so lovely and we had such great conversations. I can’t believe the value for money too - £48 for a lash lift and tint which can last 6-8 weeks?! In this day and age that is such a great price, knowing you don’t have to spend masses amounts of money to feel beautiful! 100% will definitely come again 😁❤️

Loved the massage. Dee was welcoming and friendly yet professional.I arrived with mild back ache and left with no pain and felt as if stress had melted away. Room was warm, comfortable and clean and the decor and music added to the feeling of calm. Have already booked next session.

Emma has been helping me with my skin prep for my wedding and today I had my final facial before the big day!! as well as a relaxing head massage. Emma is always so informative , explaining different parts of the treatment and what to do for after care. She creates such a calm and relaxing environment - it’s impossible to not fall asleep!! 🥹 Will always highly recommend to anyone wanting to treat themselves and their skin.
