Best experience ever. You not only get facial treatment but will also get relaxing hand, head and upper shoulder massage. Casey was so nice and she did my scalp treatment before as well. You get more than what you pay for. I travelled all the way from Tassie for their service. Highly recommend it.

After flying in had a few hours to kill before meeting my daughter for AC/DC. Pre booked, Ref: 2329FF39 easy process. Had a Hot Towel Head Shave followed by a Traditional Hot Towel Wet Shave. My guru was Jireh and she did not disappoint. Fromm the moment the oil hit my head through to the moment she finished the entire experience was amazing, the face shave was so good that with the towel over my eyes i fell asleep and apologised for snoring haha. If in Sydney will definetly go back again. Will also be booking same experiences in the Melb store.

Totonou like its name (totalnew) opened up not long ago, i got recommended by a fairy for a visit and thanks to her i had a great experience. The service provided by Haru was top notch, it starts with a body massage that loosen all my old man knots. It finished off with the head spa massage which i never knew i needed - it was so good it put me to sleep. Will be back again!

Such a great experience for my first time. Loved the Japanese spa - never done that before, will do again and soon! I have horrible pain in my feet and calves from an ongoing chronic condition and the foot massage was so good - just the right amount of pressure and gentleness to release all that built up tension. Such a fabulous facial. Room was toasty warm on a cold morning. Music just the right volume and the actual facial was bliss. Perfect pressure, wonderful head and arm massage while the mask was on. Just divine

Akari is amazing! Her style feels a little different to her sensei Asuka. Akari is a more soft slow relaxing massage that eventually gets to the points of interest on the body, my back for example felt much lighter afterwards!

What an incredible experience. I took advantage of one of the Japanese head spa packages currently on offer and honestly feel so self-indulgent at how pampered I was! Hair wash, head massage, facial, face massage, arm/neck/back/hand massage - I mean it does not get better than that! Could not recommend more. Get yourselves there ASAP, 10000000/10!

Wow! Most soothing experience with my clothes on ever! Bald guy paradise: head shave/ massage and face shave/massage. 75 minutes in the chair and worth every penny! If only I lived closer than 10,000 miles to the shop!
