Hello, I'm a mature lady who lives in Tropical North Queensland. Walking around Cairns I observed how shabby and shaggy the average person's lanky, long hair looked. Then horror of all horrors I saw a reflection of myself in a shop window. I was also one of the "shaggiest"! This lead to much researching of the total 40 odd hairdressers in Cairns. I needed an updated style that would show my femininity. I found Lexie at Vault Ninety One. If I moved to Timbuctoo I'd travel back to this truly talented stylist who has made my hair and my life brighter.

Got an epic cut and beard trim at Cartel Collective. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had. Harrison took the time to do a proper consultation first, really understood what I was going for, and then absolutely nailed the result. The cut is clean, sharp, and exactly how I pictured it. The beard trim and shave were just as precise. The shop itself is super clean, well organised, and has a really sharp, premium feel to it. On top of that, the whole team is genuinely friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference. If you’re serious about your haircut and beard, this is the place.

Having recently relocated to Cairns I was looking for a new hairdresser and hit the jackpot with Jack. Right from the start he was a great communicator, genuine and I felt like the haircut was very collaborative - it turned out great. Thanks Jack! I’ve been going to Addie since I moved to Cairns 2 years ago. She is incredibly skilled at figuring out what works for you and what you want as well as delightful to spend time with. She has helped me find a style that I can keep with little effort and has been tweaking my colour to fit the colours I like with my job requirements. Not always a straightforward job.

WOW! Had an absolute _blonde bombshell_ transformation at Vault Ninety One! Got a hair cut AND half a head of foils... and honestly, the lift Jack got on my hair is INSANE! Oh my gosh! If you ever just need a hair wash Kalanie is your girl. What an amazing head (and neck 😉) massage. My experience with Emily was excellent, great at head massages, attentive, friendly, attention to detail and a talented hairdresser. Vault 91 has a great aesthetic, and my overall experience was excellent. My hairstyle that I chose was radically different from my previous hairstyle. The cut I received was good but not exactly what I wanted. I just envisioned it different to how it turned out. It's still a good cut but I need to experiment with it. Overall I'm happy with my style and my experience.
