Addy was an absolute GEM! I booked in for multiple waxing and threading services last night via the Fresha App and she called me this morning to re-confirm everything. Super professional and kind. The salon is presented beautifully, it is clean and Addy is so friendly and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable from beginning to end and that is the best underarm waxing and threading treatment I've had in a long time! And at such a great price point too. There is also parking directly across the road which is either free, or only a couple of dollars in the paid parking bay. Highly recommend!

I had the most relaxing experience at Crimson Beauty! I got a full body and Brazilian waxing done by Akansha, and she was absolutely amazing – professional, gentle, and made the whole process so comfortable. To top it off, she offered me a complimentary facial, and bless her magic hands, I had the most soothing face massage ever. I walked out feeling completely refreshed and pampered. Had a wonderful waxing and facial session today! Eddy, the owner, truly knows her craft and ensures every detail is perfect. The facial done by her,was the highlight for me—the massage was both relaxing and rejuvenating, and my skin feels soft, hydrated, and refreshed. The waxing was equally smooth and efficient. Very good experience here. got my Brazilian waxing done and it was not painful at all. beautician was very good and she make sure to trim my hair before waxing as i haven't got it done for a while. One thing i like the most about it is they don't charge according to hair growth. price is same for everyone no matter you have long hair or short. Thanks will be back for sure.

They are really experienced and extremely talented, there customer service blows through the charts, nice, careful, polite and very gentle with my waxing. I recommend her 10/10 therapist is really good with her hands they work magic.

Booked in with Addy for full face waxing. So so pleased with how it turned out. 100% sure quality of wax was amazing as i have sensitive skin, and it got burn twice at previous places.
