I visited Butterfly Beauty today for a head spa, and while my expectations were incredibly high (having been to a number of other salons), Butterfly Beauty absolutely delivered. Nell performed my treatment, and she was exceptional. The products were luxurious and beautifully fragrant, and she put her full focus and energy into delivering an incredibly professional and skillful experience. I think this might be the best Japanese head spa I’ve had so far. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and genuinely impressed. I’ll definitely be returning and becoming a regular. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing Head waterfall spa treatment and facial this morning provided by Nell. The whole experience from start to finish was simply wonderful. Walking into the room, seeing the twinkling lights, and the Christmas image projected on the wall behind and hearing the sound of soft running water, straight away I felt relaxed. The facial and head massage were superb and anything I write here wouldn't do it justice. Finished off with a relaxing beverage of my choice accompanied by 2 cookies 🍪. Would 💯 recommend and I will be booking my next appointment for the New Year. Thankyou Nell X

All the girls were lovely and Louise made me feel so comfortable during my Hollywood wax and did an amazing job! Kadie was also so chatty and friendly and did an amazing job of my nails x

First time my daughter has had any waxing. Sam was incredible she made my daughter feel at ease even by asking her what music is she into and popped it on the Alexa. She explained everything through making her at ease asking if she was ok and even did her eyebrows to exactly how she wanted them. Amazing service can’t rate this place enough. Will defo be back, my daughter Gracie felt that comfortable she said nx time she will go see Sam by herself!

Had my waxing done today by Sam. What a lovely patient lady she is. She makes me feel relaxed and answers any questions I have. I have been coming to Sam for approx 18-20 years and wouldn't go to anyone else. Thank you.
