Got the waxing service too by Mae - the whole procedure was painless, super fast and just extremely chill. Everyone else in the salon was so nice too! I go to this salon on a regular basis and I love their service. Today I got my hair cut and roots done by Abeer. She's fantastic! Very professional and considerate towards your needs. All the staff are very friendly and professional. Highly recommend

Overall, really liked how the receptionist greeted me. They were very generous with coffee and water. Their salon is very spacious too. The technicians were professional. I loved their nail shaping technique and application of the polish layers. Perfect. However i would pay more attention to the following: 1. providing wifi, especially since I asked for it, but technician ignored my request. 2. The overall finishing of one technician was not the best: The edges had color on multiple toes and i asked her to clean one that was obvious while she wanted to apply quick dry.
