Love my new haircut from Eric! He is a true professional with a strong attention to detail. Really easy to book an appointment and love the atmosphere of the studio. Eric is up to date with the latest trends and it is very easy to communicate to him what I’m looking for. He also helps explain tips and tricks on how to maintain the styled hair outside of the shop. Would definitely recommend Eric for anyone looking for a new barber.

The staff are friendly, however it’s not necessary to have a male staff help you wear the robe, it is too close and inappropriate ( he accidentally touched my boob). The place is fancy but not very organized. Love the shampoo but could have been better as well, willing to pay more to have better shampoo experience. Hairstylist is very nice, listening and communicating.

Overall a fantastic experience - Great barber, nice environment. Service was courteous and the wash included a brief scalp massage which was very nice. Only caveat was the tipping screen on checkout. The default option on the top was 50%?! What in the world?

Highly recommend Gavin. He is kind and gentle, he is a professional in hairstylist. The salon has 7 days guarantee on their service, after 3 days washing my hair, on my right side didn’t look good as I expected. I came back to the salon, and Gavin fixed it. It had been a month already, my hair still looks amazing. Gavin also did well on men perm for my bf. It was a bit hard for communicate, but Gavin tried his best to make a service customer most satisfied. Thank you!

I’ve been going to Eric for two years now, since he was at a salon in San Lorenzo. It’s pricey, but Eric does his best every time and can always answer any question I have about hair care/maintenance. My first time seeing him, he fixed a couple lifelong hair issues I’ve had. No other hairstylist/barber ever told me to just part my hair on the other side and to grow my hair out more on the top. Now that he’s in Sunnyvale, I still make the two hour round-trip to get my hair cut from him and I leave satisfied every time!

Eric has been my barber for three years. He is very skillful and friendly.

Eric is hands down the best barber I’ve been to. He’s detail-oriented, consistent, and always takes the time to make sure I leave looking sharp. The vibe in his chair is always chill, and I genuinely look forward to every appointment. Highly recommend!
