I bring my 4.5-year-old boy for a haircut every other month and it’s always a good experience. The guys are nice and always very lovely to us. We’re always happy with the haircut – they really take the time to listen and make sure he looks great every time.

As always, it was a great experience getting my haircut at Chaps. Abbey was fantastic cutting my 4 year old sons hair and then the whole crew were great in keeping him entertained while Abbey cut my hair. Grant and the crew do a fantastic job every single time.

My young girls came to see Mel today for haircuts, wash and blow dry. The service was fantastic. Mel is welcoming and made the girls feel instantly comfortable. She listened to what they wanted and provided helpful feedback so they were making good decisions with their cuts. She engaged so well with the girls, I got to sit back and switch off. Was lovely!
