I think brighter lighting should be added in the waxing rooms to assist the therapist. Dimmable LEDs would be best as it can be dimmed for massage sessions.

Lindsey is such a great therapist. She makes you feel so comfortable and the conversation flows with ease. Waxing appointments are 'chores' but Lindsey makes them as pleasant as possible!

This was my first time with Body Shop Studio and my booking was with Rio, one of the senior therapists! The treatment was totally professional & he handled me very well! Beautiful salon and perfect ambience. Great facial with super results! Missing a proper facial massage though but otherwise good allround. The fullbody was average and the therapist needs more advanced training in massage.

Best massage I have ever had! The massage therapist was wonderful, and noted areas that were causing problems for me and spent extra time helping those. They also accommodated me being 21 weeks pregnant, and adjusted the full body massage accordingly. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I will definitely book again!
