First time customer with THICK, FRIZZY, SAMOAN hair! Safe to say, I will happily have Dee and her experienced crew as my hairstylists from now on. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with a beautiful smile and offered a drink. Consultation was given with honesty, precision, clear communication to ensure Dee and I were on the same page. Dee saw my vision and ran with it, with no hesitation. Outcome was absolutely brilliant, blew my expectations out the waters. I am very happy with my full head of highlights. Very friendly service, loved the results I received, which I couldn't fully appreciate after the services recieved as my eyes were still hazy from lash lift, but absolutely loved the results, great service, very clean salon. Will definitely be back.

Due to my thin eyelashes, we ended up with a basic full set instead of the combination eyelash extensions I had originally wanted. First time getting eyelash extensions here, and it's nice that her adhesive didn't sting my eyes like it had on other salons. So yes I recommend. Also great this salon doesn’t extra charge when using after pay like other salons either big bonus

I walked into Kess express mangere with bushy hair that had been neglected since I became a mum. How bad my hair was is evident in the hours that took them to make my hair look so beautiful, straight, light and shiny! Literally 1.30pm to about after 7pm at night, way past their closing time. I am so grateful and just full of positive feedback, for their patience and attention to detail from each of the staff that worked on my hair! 3 in total!
