Got my first ever waxing experience today by the lovely maisie, wasn't as bad as I thought it would be don't get me wrong had a few moments and a little sweat on but me and maisie just seem to laugh everything off, she's going to be a massive miss but I wish her all the best for her future successes xxx

Had the most amazing full body massage and scrub this afternoon with the brilliant Michelle. Far better than all of these BIG name spas. Michelle could definitely teach them a thing or two !! I felt so relaxed and tingly …. my skin feels sooooo smooth and moisturised . Absolutely fabulous!! Looking forward to my next visit . Thank you Michelle 💕

A hidden gem! 💎Perfect central location but peacefully away from the busy streets. My nails feel so strong and look incredibly natural. Amazing service and a truly relaxing experience—highly recommend!

Leigh had the dreaded job of changing my colour of blonde which I've had for 30 year to a warm dark blonde/light brown. Leigh had me in for a consultation prior to appointment to discuss the options and to explain fully what to expect. I was put at ease straight away as it was a major thing for me going from blonde to dark. I'm so happy I took the plunge It's took a few days to get used to my hair looking so different but I've had so many compliments from family and friends. Thanks again Leigh, the salon is beautiful too with a lovely atmosphere.

This was my second chemical peel with Lol and my skin feels and looks amazing! I opted to finish the treatment with a full face gel mask, it was such fun! If you’re ok with nostril breathing then you should definitely give it a try, the benefits are so good :) Thanks Lol xx

I really enjoyed the facial, shoulder & scalp massage. It was very relaxing & Donna was excellent. She was experienced in the full cleansing & moisturising facial & the massage side. We had conversation at the beginning as part of the consultation & as I was starting to relax into the session. I felt comfortable asking her questions & she picked up the time to leave me to relax without conversation. She was very helpful with my questions. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Swetha was very good, calm and professional. My eyebrow waxing and tinting looked great. I also had eyelashes done and it was perfection. I usually get red eyes or severe stinging after every extensions but not with Saffron's. Will definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommended thanks Swetha. Had a full set of lashes by Sammi. The room itself was very comfy and relaxing and smelled like a spa, I explained the effect I wanted and she advised me on what lashes I needed .Sammy was friendly and professional and put me at ease .I was over the moon with the results this lady is a miracle worker ,definitely recommend
