It was perfect from the start, the greeting and asking how you are, the simple manners, to talking the client through the haircut and consulting me on what products are good to use and will help and also pointing out a few things I nor my previous barber had spotted. So overall, it was a perfect experience and the haircut itself was great, it not only had my approval but also my parents. Thanks

I was made to feel at ease from the moment I came through the door, all the staff I encountered were very polite and friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anybody who feels a little out of their depth and anxious just like I did until I came here. Super lovely, friendly and relaxing. Love that she explained the tension spots on my body afterward too.

Was my first visit and had good experience, hopefully will be going back for routine facials.

Would highly recommend waxing by Lisa! She is amazing, you’ll have a laugh and you'll feel comfortable which is always a plus when your nickers are off🤣!

Really nice and friendly understanding person made sure I was satisfied with the waxing process and helped with a dispute with my husband anger and controlling behaviour but couldn’t say much and helped me get a taxi home
